Method
1. Add chopped tomatoes, chopped red onion, chopped red chillies, coriander
leaves and white sugar into the blending jug.
2. Use the pulse opon to blend unl you get a thick chunky consistency.
3. Add the salt and pepper if required and put it in the fridge unl you need to
use it.
Chunky Pesto
Bunch of fresh basil
3 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
75g sunower seeds
6 tbsp. olive oil
1. Place garlic cloves, basil and 2 tbsp. of olive oil into the smoothie maker jug.
Pulse unl the garlic is ne.
2. Add grated parmesan cheese and the rest of the olive oil. Pulse unl
ingredients are combined.
3. Add the sunower seeds. Pulse once last me. Don’t pulse too much here
as you want the sunower seeds to remain chunky.
