Crispy waes
Method
1. Switch on the Wae maker and allow it to heat up while you make the
wae mix. The red and green lights will be illuminated.
2. Melt the buer and allow it to cool slightly.
3. Whisk 4 eggs in a mixing bowl.
4. Add the melted buer, sugar, water, vanilla essence and rum.
5. Mix thoroughly and sr in the our.
6. When the green light goes out, it is me to start cooking your waes.
7. Carefully ll each of the boom baking plates with the wae mix and close
the lid.
8. Leave it for around 4-5 minutes.
9. Then open the lid and remove your waes using a wooden spatula.
The waes should be crispy brown and cooked through, ready to eat.
You may cook the waes for longer if required.
