Shortbread waes
Method
1. Switch on the wae maker and allow it to heat while you make the wae
mix. The red and green lights will become illuminated.
2. Cream the buer and sugar.
3. Beat in the eggs and lemon rind. Sr in the plain our.
4. When the green light goes out, it is me to start cooking your waes.
5. Carefully ll each of the boom baking plates with the wae mix and close
the lid.
6. Leave it for around 4 minutes. Then open the lid and remove your waes
using a wooden spatula.
7. The waes should be crispy brown and cooked through, ready to eat.
8. You may cook the waes for longer if required.
