Geng to know the appliance

1. Review the illustraon idenfying all parts of the appliance.

2. The appliance is designed for peeling, coring and slicing.

3. Cauon: exposed blades are very sharp, keep your ngers away from the

blender at all mes.

Peeling, Coring and Slicing

1. Take the handle (3) and push the threaded hole to the end of the sha (2).

Hold the sha sll with one hand and turn the handle clockwise unl it is

ght

2. Press the screw regulator (4) and the slide sha back to its full capacity

3. Aach the appliance to any at smooth surface by holding the base (5) with

one hand and pushing the clamp lever with the other hand. The appliance

should be fully aached to the surface.

4. For example push the apple, stem end rst all the way onto the prongs as

illustrated in the diagram below

5. Ensure that the Peeling blade armature (6) is standing upright and the catch

is disengaged. Turn the handle unl the apple is against the eye of the

coring/slicing blade (8)
