Never handle or operate the appliance with wet hands.
Introducon
You can use a variety of avoured sugars with your candy oss maker such as:
1. Strawberry
2. Apple
3. Lemon

Tip: You can use regular household granulated sugar in your candy oss maker.
Before Using the appliance
Before using your appliance make sure to wash the bowl, please follow the
cleaning instrucon labelled in “cleaning”.
Aer cleaning and thoroughly drying the bowl, return it to the base unit,
taking note of the plasc tabs on the bowl. The tabs on the bowl will t
under the plasc tabs on the base as you turn the bowl counter clockwise to
lock. Make sure it is secured and locked into posion. To remove, turn
clockwise to unlock. (Figure D)
Return the extractor head assembly, making sure that the grooves are
properly aligned to t over the pegs on the stem (Figure B & C).
Using the appliance
 First, nd a stable surface near an electrical outlet before starng. (Make
sure your cord is away from any water source. If needed, an extension cord
can be used).
 Plug in the unit making sure it is in the “o” posion.
 Turn the unit to the “on” posion and allow it to run for at least 3-5 minutes.
This will allow it to warm up.
 It is very important that you then stop the extractor head before adding the
sugar.
 Measure a level tablespoon of sugar (approx. 20g sugar) and then pour the
