Then remove baked on foods and rinse in warm water.
To avoid a soapy aer taste, do not use soap or detergents.

The pizza stone will darken gradually and stain with use. This is part of the
stones natural seasoning and will not harm the taste of the food.
Handle the stone with care to prevent chipping or breaking.
Basic Pizza Recipe
1 package of acve dry yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar
3-4 cups of all purpose our
1 cup of warm water
2 tabelspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Method
 Dissolve yeast in water with sugar.
 Mix 2 cups of our, salt and oil in a large bowl.
 Sr in the addional our unl the dough begins to form a ball and is easy to
handle.
 Place the dough on a lightly oured pastry cloth and knead unl smooth and
elasc (8-10 minutes)
 Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover and let rise in a warm spot unl its
doubled in size, approx. 1 hour.
 Punch it down and knead it again.
 Allow it to rise for 20-30 minutes and preheat the pizza stone at
450˚F/232˚C.
