Then remove baked on foods and rinse in warm water.
To avoid a soapy aer taste, do not use soap or detergents.
Aer washing allow the stone to dry thoroughly before using it again.
Do not soak the pizza stone in water.
The pizza stone will darken gradually and stain with use. This is part of the
stones natural seasoning and will not harm the taste of the food.
Handle the stone with care to prevent chipping or breaking.
Basic Pizza Recipe
1 package of acve dry yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar
3-4 cups of all purpose our
1 cup of warm water
2 tabelspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Method
Dissolve yeast in water with sugar.
Mix 2 cups of our, salt and oil in a large bowl.
Sr in the addional our unl the dough begins to form a ball and is easy to
handle.
Place the dough on a lightly oured pastry cloth and knead unl smooth and
elasc (8-10 minutes)
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover and let rise in a warm spot unl its
doubled in size, approx. 1 hour.
Punch it down and knead it again.
Allow it to rise for 20-30 minutes and preheat the pizza stone at
450˚F/232˚C.
