How to use the appliance Making coffee 1. Lift the cover up from the front and pour cold water into the water chamber (to the sides of the filter holder) to the required level. 2. Place the coffee jug on the hot plate ensuring that the coffee lid is directly underneath the filter holder hole. 3. Put the required amount of coffee powder into the mesh filter and then place it into the filter holder. 4. Close the top cover. 5.
How to set the clock When connected to the mains power, the LCD will display 12:00, the run and auto indicator light will not be turned on. Press the “PROG” button once and the LCD will display the word “CLOCK” in the LCD display. The clock can now be set. Press the HOUR button once and the time will increase by 1 hour. Holding the HOUR button will increase the hourly time quicker. Press the HOUR button until the correct hourly time is set on the LCD display.

Cleaning and maintenance Always remove the plug from the socket before cleaning the appliance. Wipe the main body of the coffee maker with a wet cloth only. Always ensure that the coffee pot has cooled down completely before cleaning. The filter holder can be removed by lifting the filter holder handle up. Removable parts including the coffee pot, filter holder and the mesh filter should always be hand washed in warm water with a neutral detergent.
