To mix or knead dough
Use the Dough Blade Whisk
1. Use a our to water rao of 5: 3
2. Mix on speed 1 for 20 seconds and speed 2 for 20
seconds before connuing on speed 3 for 3
minutes.
3. When lling the mixing bowl, please ensure that the maximum
quanty is not exceeded.
4. Maximum quanty of mixture is 2kg.
Whipping egg whites or cream
1. Switch on the machine to speed 4-6, whip the
egg white for 4 minutes without stopping
(according to the amount of eggs used) whisk
unl the mixture is s.
2. For whipping cream, whip 250ml of fresh cream
at speed 4 to 6 for about 4 minutes.
When lling the mixing bowl with fresh milk, cream or other ingredients,
please ensure that the maximum quanty is not exceeded.
Making cakes or pastries
Please use the metal beater blade or the exible beater blade
Note: For all scky mixes such as cake mix that has a tendency to sck to
the side of the mixing bowl, please use the exible beater which has been
included with our mixer to counteract this.
