Making Kibbeh
Recipe
Method
1. Mince muon once or twice.
2. Fry onion unl brown and add minced muon, all spice, salt and our.
Shell Recipe
Method
1. Mince the meat three mes.
2. Add all of the ingredients to the meat and mix together, in a bowl.
3. Grind the mixture three mes.
4. Disassemble by reversing the steps from 1-3 of “assembling the meat
grinder” to remove the cung plate and cung blade.
5. Place kibbeh aachments A and B onto the feed screw sha together,
ng the grooves and tongs in the slots (g. 5.1 & 5.2).
6. Screw cap into place unl ght. Do not over ghten (g.5.3).
