To mix or knead dough:
1. Use a our to water at a rao of 5:3.
2. Turn the operang switch to speed 1, mix for 20 seconds, then select speed
2 and mix for 20 seconds. Aerwards select speed 3 and mix for
approximately 3 minutes.
3. When lling the mixing bowl, please ensure that the maximum quanty is
not exceeded.
4. Maximum quanty of mixture is 2kg.
5. The dough hook should be used.
Whipping egg whites or cream:
1. Turn the operang switch to between speed 4 and speed 6, whip the egg
whites without stopping for about 4 minutes (depending on the size of the
eggs, unl s).
2. For whipping cream, whip 250ml fresh cream at speed 4 to 6 for
approximately 4 minutes.
3. When lling the mixing bowl with fresh milk, cream or other ingredients,
please ensure that the maximum quanty is not exceeded.
4. The egg whisk should be used.
Making Cakes or Pastries
Please use the metal beater blade or exi beater blade.
