Instructions / Assembly
Steps to change the light bulbs:
Removing old lightbulbs
• Make sure the range hood is unplugged or turn OFF the electrical breaker. Remove the two aluminum mesh filters.
• Reach inside range hood body and place one hand above the metal bracket and with two fingers
gently push down on the socket area. (See Fig #6). Note: Range hood and Lightbulbs may have very sharp edges;
please wear protective gloves if it is necessary to remove any parts for installing, cleaning or servicing.
• So as not to accidently break the glass, gently place two fingers from second hand onto the surface
of the light bulb. (See Fig #6) Gently turn the lightbulb counter clockwise to loosen and unlock lightbulb from socket.
Once unlocked the lightbulb should come out freely.
Installing new lightbulbs
• With your new lightbulb in one hand, ensure the bulb prongs are lined up with the wide ends of the two slots located in the socket.
• Slip lightbulb into the wide ends of the two slots and turn clockwise until a locked position is apparent. (See Fig #7)
Note: Do not push too hard as the lightbulb prongs may break off.
• Turn ON electrical breaker and range hood to test for operation.
