Please twist grease injector for 1 bar after machine working for 4 to 6 hours .If inject too
much grease it would be affect the quality of the gas.
Frequently questions and solution:
1.
Plug in the power toggle switch but the indicator light of the machine is not on, and it will not
start.--------As the pin plug is a standard part, you can use other electrical appliances with the pin
plug to test whether the cable is in good condition. If so, please check whether the pin plug and
the boat-shaped over-current switch are damaged.
2.
Indicator lights and fan pumps can operate very well, but the machine cannot start.
-----Check whether or not the control pointer and running pointer of the pressure gauge
overlapped. Check if the plug between the circuit board and the button is loose or not.
3.
The speed of filling air become slow down, and it takes twice times.--------
There is something wrong with the head of a pump and can't filling air.
Remove the high pressure one-way valve on a pump head at the top of the machine, install the
maintenance screw, and install the hose with the test plug.
Start the machine, if the pressure gauge is not displayed, there is something wrong with the other
pump head. Otherwise, there is something wrong with the pump head.
4.
The air cannot filled completely , or the speed is too slow.
------Test with the test plug, and if the speed is normal, please check if the valve of the cylinder
is leaking or the quick joint is leaking or not.
If there is still a problem after testing plug, please remove the protective cover of the machine
and check whether the air pipe inside the machine is leaking.
Check if air tube inside machine is leak or not. The way of checking air leakage is to use leak
detection fluid or soapy water, apply it to the joint with a brush, or start the machine to listen to
the sound of air leakage with your ears.
Maintenance Notes
：
Please add grease in time, if you forget to add it and the speed of filling
air is slow down, you can turn the filling amount for 1 round.
Disassemble and maintain the machine under the guidance of a mechanical engineer or our
after-sales personnel. Environmentally sanitary exclusively lubricating grease only can be added.
