high-pressure outlet , start the machine and run for 5 minutes. Connect the quick joint of the high
pressure hose to the high pressure outlet of the machine, screw and close the vent valve while the
machine is running, and observe the pressure gauge. It is normally takes 20 seconds from 0 to
4500Psi. If more than 25 seconds or the pointer hovers in a certain range, there is a possibility of air
leakage.
Please check whether the quick joint is connected properly, you can rotate the quick joint with
pressure and seal automatically.
When the pressure reaches 4500Psi and the machine stops automatically, observe whether the pointer
of the pressure gauge falls back. It is normal to drop 2 to 3 units. If it falls back to 3000Psi, please
tighten the vent valve and start up to check again.
Air leakage usually happened in the connection between the quick joint and the machine, the joint
between the quick joint and the filled vessel, or the valve of the filled vessel.
4. Operation rules of high pressure air inflation
I: It is prohibited that use this machine inflate for the vessel not conformity. Please choose the one
which was checked and qualified. No use the high pressure vessel bottle that more than year
limitations. Unqualified, expired high-pressure bottles will cause the risk of bursting in the process
of inflation and use, please pay attention to it!

Please read the instructions of high-pressure cylinders carefully to understand the maximum
pressure and normal working pressure of your cylinders, as well as their service life.
Please do not try to charge a pressure higher than the specified value.

In the process of inflation, please stay away from high-pressure cylinders as far as possible.
Do not remove any screws and accessories from the machine during inflation.

Check the coolant often and add it in time. Tightening the lid of the water tank will reduce the
evaporation of the coolant, and the lack of coolant for a long time will shorten the service life of the
machine due to high temperature.

please do not modify the main part of the high-pressure air pump without authorization. The air
outlet can be modified with multiple joints to inflate multiple cylinders at the same time.

Operate the machine in strict accordance with the following procedures;
1. Open the vent valve,
2. Start the machine.
3. When the pressure shown on the pressure gauge is about the same as that on the cylinder,
open the valve on the cylinder slowly.
4. Do not turn off the power immediately after charging and shutting down.Leave the machine
cooling for 2- 3 minutes.
5. Close the valve on the cylinder before opening the vent valve.
