consecutive sessions, you can move on to the next level in the program, or
to the next program if you have just completed the highest level for the
program. Table 2 describes the programs and levels currently available.
New programs and levels may become available from to time and you can
download them to your phone (see "Manual Sync" on page 30).
NOTE
You don't have to time your squeeze-relax cycles, as your phone will emit
a sound and vibrate when it is time to squeeze and again when it is time
to relax as well as provide a graph to follow.
