5.1 Using the joysck
The joysck in the Layout secon of the Orchestr allows you to move,
resize or zoom any selected element on the touch screen.
To use the joysck to posion elements on screen, select an element (logo,
PIP...) and press the POS buon, then, lt the joysck le to move the
selected element le, lt right to move right, and so on.
To use the joysck to resize elements on screen, select an element, and press
the SIZE buon. Tilt the joysck le to scale it down horizontally, lt right to
scale it up. Tilt joysck up and down to scale it vercally. You can also rotate
the joysck to scale elements up (clockwise) or down (counterclockwise)
both vercally and horizontally.
When using the joysck to zoom elements on screen, select an element
and press the ZOOM buon. When the ZOOM buon is acve, you can
either zoom into your source, by pressing the SIZE buon then lng the
joysck le to zoom out, or right to zoom in, and so on. Or, you can press
the POS buon, then lng the joysck in dierent direcons moves the
zoomed source around in those direcons inside the element.
Any selected layer (Frame, Live Background, PIP, Logo) on the
Orchestra² is represented graphically on the Sengs secon
tacle screen as a yellow rectangle outline. Informaon on
the layer is wrien in the layer outline rectangle for users to
access informaon quickly and intuively. The selected layer is
composed of a outline, called Element, which you can access
by pressing Element on the Preview page, and a Source (image)
which you can parameter by pressing Source on the Preview
page. The element or source sengs can also be accessed by
turning the last knob of the Sengs secon le or right.
5.2.2 Snap Funcon
The snap feature is a powerful tool which helps you to reach all intuive layers posions. With this tool, your
enre PIP/logo move will be automacally posioned at the closest predened posion. Enable or disable
this funcon, by long pressing the POS or SIZE buons.
Once acvated, simply use the joysck, each me the layer will be next to a predened point, the posion/
size will be adjust by the unit.
It can be very useful when PIPs are disperse and you want to adjust PIPs below the others, or on the same
line.
5.2.3 Element Sengs
To access the element sengs of any selected layer (Frame, Live Background, PIP, Logo) on the Orchestra²
press Element at the boom of the Preview page, or turn the last knob of the Sengs secon.
