ADC NOISE PERFORMANCE TABLES
Table 32, Table 33, and Table 34 list the output rms noise in V for some typical output update rates on the I- and V/T-ADCs. The
numbers are typical and are generated at a differential input voltage of 0 V. The output rms noise is specified as the standard deviation
(or 1 sigma) of the distribution of ADC output codes collected when the ADC input voltage is at a dc voltage. It is expressed as V rms.
