Sets the LED on time when used in conjunction with the LEDx_OFFT timer to perform LED
blinking. All three LED sinks share this common timer.
00 = 0.2 sec.
01 = 0.6 sec.
10 = 0.8 sec.
11 = 1.2 sec.
5 to 4 LED3_OFFT R/W
Sets the LED 3 off time when used in conjunction with the LED_ONT timer to perform LED
blinking. LED 3 stays on continuously if the timer is disabled.
00 = LED 3 timer disabled.
01 = 0.6 sec.
10 = 0.8 sec.
11 = 1.2 sec.
