Create New Role options
Role Name The friendly name of the security level or "role" within the RMS server.
Description A brief description of the role and the rights it holds.
Available Users Users within the RMS application that can be added to the role.
Selected Users Users that have been added to the role.
<< / >> Moves a selected user to the left and right adding or removing the user from the role.
Manage Users When Allow is checked, users in this role can add, edit, and delete other users and how
RMS interacts with those users, e.g., notifications.
Configuration
Settings
When Allow is checked, users in this role can access the configuration section of the
Admin pages. Create and edit log settings.
Manage Systems When Allow is checked, users in this role can add, edit, and delete rooms, and manage
NetLinx systems and groups.
Logging &
Reporting
When Allow is checked, users in this role can view and edit all logs and reports.
Manage Control
Functions
When Allow is checked, users in this role can run and schedule control functions.
