NXA-WAP250G 802.11b/g Wireless Access Point
There are two operation modes:
AP — Set the device as an Access Point. The device can also act as a root bridge in a wireless
bridge network.
Repeater and Bridge — Set the device as a Wireless Repeater and Bridge. The Root AP
MAC Address can be configured manually or selected after clicking “Scan”. Reboot the
NXA-WAP250G after completing the settings.
VAP Management
The VAP Management page allows you to enable VAP management (FIG. 20). When VAP management
is enabled, the traffic between 2 VAPs. It tags traffic from VAP#1 as high priority and traffic from
VAP#2 as low priority.
Reboot System
The Reboot System page (FIG. 21) allows you to restart the NXA-WAP250G software and restore
factory default settings.
The displayed items on this page can be described as follows:
Restore Factory Settings – Click the Restore button to reset the configuration settings for the
NXA-WAP250G to the factory defaults and reboot the system. Note that all user configured
information will be lost. You will have to use the default IP address to re-gain management
access to the NXA-WAP250G.
Reboot Access Point – Click the Reboot button to reboot the system.

This setting is only available when the Operation Mode is set to AP.

If you have upgraded the system software, then you must reboot the NXA-WAP250G
to implement the new code.
