User group authority setup table.
If any level call the same device, always the highest level own the authority. Total is 32 different

User Group Administrator High Middle Low
Authority Super Control High Control Middle Control Low Control
No authority limit with administrator level.
Setup Steps:
1. Setup the Authority for every group. Set the using authority after choose group.
2. Setup the user group.
3. Password must be stand on 8 character (default
10000001
), press Enter to save after
password input
4. Password cannot repeat.
5. 00000000 is not the correct format.
