1. Ifyoudohaveacurrent,paidAdvancedSupportContractwithLifeTechnologies,thenyouare
entitledtoanunlimitednumberoflicensesupportincidentsforyourVectorNTI

softwarelicense.However,ifyoudonothaveacurrent,paidAdvancedSupportContractwithLife
Technologies,thenyouareonlyentitledtoonecourtesy(nocharge)licensesupportincidentforyour
VectorNTI
®
ExpressDesignersoftwarelicense.
2. ForVectorNTI
®
ExpressDesignerversion1.0,ifyoudonothaveacurrent,paidAdvancedSupport
Contract,LifeTechnologiesgrantsaone‐timeonlylicensesupportincidentforthenumberof
computersregisteredperyouroriginalpurchaseorder.Forexample,ifyoupurchasedlicense(s)for
10computers,youwillbeentitledtoaone‐timecourtesy(nocharge)reinstallationforupto10
computers.Afterthat,nomorecourtesy(nocharge)reinstallationswillbegranted.
3. Asweintroducenewmajorversionreleases,onlythemostcurrentandonepriorversionwillbe
eligibleforlicensesupport,regardlessofthetypeoflicensing(i.e.,Static,Dynamic,Network).Thisis
astandardindustrypractice.
