7. On the Administrator Server Configuration: Credential Server Details
dialog, enter the following (leave the network adapter at 0.0.0.0 so that it can
bind to all network interfaces):
Do not use the Default In-Process Database. This database and user need to be
pre-created and empty. It will not create the user, nor drop tables made by
previous installs.
