Rear Panel Components
The following sections describe the options on the rear panel of the AVX-400.
DISPLAY CONTROL
The DISPLAY CONTROL connector is used for controlling a display device such as a projector or large
screen LCD. FIG. 21 shows the connector pinouts for the rear DISPLAY CONTROL connector. The
DISPLAY CONTROL port supports most standard RS-232 communication protocols for data transmission.
This figure gives a visual representation of the wiring specifications for the DISPLAY CONTROL connector.
The table below provides information about the connector pins, signal types, and signal functions. This table’s
wiring specifications are applicable to the rear DISPLAY CONTROL connector on the switcher.
