The pathname of a controller definition file is incorrect. Check the .XS and .XM paths on the Controller
Detail display.

Controller could not read a record in a definition file. The .XS
or .XM file from the off-line design is probably corrupt.
1. Read the files back in.
2. If the error continues, write new files, then read
these files in.
3. If the error continues, rebuild and reload the
controller.
