4 Press “Finish” to end the system configuration procedure.
Even though you installed the system software, you still must now download the
CommandTouch Version 1.1 software onto the touch panel. To complete the
download, follow these steps:
1 Exit AppsView by moving your mouse pointer to the letter V in the lower right
corner of the screen and clicking the right mouse button. Select “Exit AppsView
immediately” with the left mouse button.
2 Select Shut Down from the Start button on the Windows 95 Taskbar; then select
“Restart the Computer in MS-DOS mode”
Note: If the Windows 95 Taskbar is not visible to you, press <Ctrl> <Esc> on the
keyboard.
3 At the DOS prompt, type: cd \vtel\appsview
4 If you are using Com 1 on the LC to download the CommandTouch software, then:
In the \vtel\appsview directory, type:ctload
If you are using Com 2 on the LC to download the CommandTouch software, then:
In the \vtel\appsview directory, type:ctload 2
Note: Step 6 requires that you determine whether you will use Com 1 or Com 2 as
one of the connections for the download cable.
