Software Download Messages Description and Corrective Action
Config File Not Found
Press RESET to Continue
This message indicates the printer could
not find a valid configuration file during
an attempt to load new software from
disk.
This error can occur when:
• The program disk does not contain a
valid configuration file.
• The configuration file
JOURNEY.CFG is corrupted.
To correct this problem:
1. Press the RESET key to terminate the
software download.
2. Obtain/create a valid Journey II
program diskette.
