There should not be ribbon wrinkle presented on the printed media for general-purpose applications. Ribbon wrinkle is related to the media thickness, print head pressure, balance, ribbon film characteristics, print darkness setting…etc. In case of ribbon wrinkle, follow the instructions below to adjust the printer.
