will call you back automatically with the speaker turned on.

Find-my-phone: Sending this SMS gives the M9500 current
location as an address and a link to Google Maps

Phone-status: Receive the M9500 current status
(Ring mode, Charge mode etc.)

Un-mute: This SMS force the M9500 out of "Silent"
to a normal ring mode.

Give live support: Full access to the M9500 from your iPhone/
Android device/Computer. You will be able to see his screens
online, press for him on the screen and much more.
The M9500-user will need to approve this access every time.
