Ampex: Insulated Floor Panels
Ampex is an insulated panel used for hydronic
radiant oor (slab) systems both for interior and
exterior applicaons. Available in a wide range of
compressive strengths and thermal resistance values
to meet the needs of most projects.
The combinaon of molded Expanded Polystyrene
(EPS) insulaon with High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS)
lm, makes for a strong and resilient panel.
The panel combines rigid insulaon, a vapor barrier
and PEX tubing locking mechanism into a single
soluon that signicantly reduces installaon me.
Ideal for installaon in basements, driveways,
garages, workshops and barns.
