PRINTING
Data
may be
printed
by
sending
it
(via
the
auxiliary port)
to a
printer attached
to the
terminal.
During
printing,
a
message appears
on the
Status Line
to
indicate
the
print
command
used.
The
printer
can
communicate with
the
host
if the
terminal's
printer (auxiliary) port
is
set
for
"bidirectional
printing".
In
Set-Up (Line
5),
choose
BIDIR
ON.
Data
may be
sent
through
the
printer port
in any of
several ways (see Table 3-14),
using
either
an
escape
code
or, if
appropriate,
the
PRINT key.
