Electronics does not send linear tracks update message for every
Double Frame of edit period, or ADFN in message is not in sequence
with previous update, or ADFN in message is not correct for current
tape position.
165 6 Transport Fault: Unknown Logic State - Set during injection/ejection
if thread/unthread software state machines enter an unknown state.
This should never occur unless there is a hardware failure (e.g. CPU,
RAM, ROM).
