The ACL was executing a move
command which involves getting a
cartridge from one location and putting
it in another. The get was successful,
but the put failed. The ACL was unable
to restore the cartridge to its original
location and the bin database is in a
different state than when the Move
command was initiated.
Read Element Status to
determine current element status.

SCSI bus.
Retry the command.

Change mode to on-line using

A cabinet door was opened while the
ACL was executing a command.
Close all doors (for an 812 ACL,
also reset the MDA POWER
switch). The ACL automatically
performs any recovery or
initialization procedures
required.
