Q：! I can’t turn on my CloudTV Box or there is no video on the TV, what should I do?
A：! CloudTV Box will automatically turn up after you plug-in the power, you don’t need
! to do any other command. If you can’t turn your CloudTV Box on, please check the
! Power Adaptor is properly installed. You can check if the PWR LED in front side of
! the CloudTV Box is on or not. If the LED is on, please check the RCA cable or HDMI
! cable is proper connected between your CloudTV Box and your TV. If all teses step
! can’t help you solve the problem, please contact GigaFu, we will try our best to help
! you.

Q：! My Remote control is dead, what should I do?
A：! Firstly, Please confiem the battery is proper installed or not. If the Battery is proper
! installed, please use the remote control in short distance (>10 cm), if you can use the
! remote control in short distance, it might be the battery is empty, please change new
! batteries. If you still can’t use the remote control after changing batteries, please
! contact GigaFu, we will try our best to help you.
Q：! Why I can use the internet?
A：! The reason why you can’t use the internet may be various, please check your internet
! connection environment is normal,for example, your Notebook or Smart phone can
! connected to internet or not. If only CloudTV Box can’t connected to the internet,
! please check the chapter “Internet” for more information, or ask your internet
