Amorim shipping and delivery terms for cut to size rolled rubber orders:
Freight deliveries will arrive, in most cases, in a full size 43 foot tractor trailer truck. Guest will be called
to schedule delivery within a four hour window by the carrier, Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM (excluding
major holidays).
It is the guest’s responsibility to notify the carrier at the time of delivery scheduling, if the delivery
location has any potential limited access issues. Limited access includes inability of the truck to reach
the delivery location or inability to turn around at the location. If delivery is attempted and cannot be
completed because of undisclosed limited access issues, any and all re-delivery charges incurred will be
billed to the guest.
Lift gate service is required for all guests that do not have a loading dock or a forklift. Lift gate service
will transfer the pallet(s) of rolled rubber off of the truck and next to the curb at the delivery site. No
additional unloading equipment will be provided by the freight carrier. Inside delivery is not available.
Delivery does not include carrying product inside of home or garage or moving the freight pallet away
from the curb. Delivery does not include assembly, installation or room placement. The guest is
responsible for getting the pallet(s) inside and disposing of all packaging materials. Drivers cannot
deliver fright into driveways or garages.
