TROUBLESHOOTING
If the phone does not works properly, please check the following
troubleshooting tips and find a solution. If you can’t solve the
problems, please contact your local dealer for helps.
Problem Solution
Cannot make or receive calls.
Check whether the phone is turned on .
Check whether the battery is changed.
Check whether the field signal strength is
adequate.
Check the Call Barring, SDN or the other
options in Call Set menu.
Check the Call Divert Status.
Check whether the SIM card is placed
properly.
Conversation volume is low. Check the Voice Volume too low.
Does not ring when an incoming calls
comes in.
Check whether the Silent or Vibrator
modes have been selected.
Check whether the ring volume is set too
low.
Check whether the surrounding noise is
too loud.
Check the Call Divert is on.
LCD is not clear.
Check whether the LCD Contrast is set
too low.
The keypad does not work
Check whether the keypad is locked or
not.
The other part cannot hear you.
Check whether the Mute option is on.
Speak closer to the microphone.
