Using the Batteries
A rechargeable Li-ion standard battery powers your phone. The
following batteries are also available (ask your local dealer for further
details):

Precautions When Using Batteries
You should fully charge the battery before using it for the first time,
(over 10 hours for the first several times), then recharge it for the
following time when the phone indicates ‘Battery low’. The battery
will be activated to the optimal status if you charge it in this way for
several times; there will be not the above limitation in the following
usage, but you’d better charge the battery for 2-4 hours to fully charge
it.
Never use any charger or battery that is damaged in any way.
Use the battery only for its intended purpose.
