PHONEBOOK (NAMES)
You can store your phone numbers and names in SIM card or locally
in your phone memory. Phone memory can store 500 entries at most;
each entry may consist of a name, three phone numbers, two email
addresses, one fax number and one remark. The number of the
entries, which SIM can store, depends on the type of SIM; However
SIM entries consist of a name and a number.
Phone Number: 20 digits at the most for memory storage; For SIM
storage, it depends on the type of SIM.
Name: 16 characters at the most for memory storage; For SIM
storage,it depends on the type of SIM.
Tip: If you change phones, any numbers stored in your SIM card will be
accessible with the new phone.
Storing a Phone Number in PB
1. Key in the number to be stored.
2. Press the Store soft key.
3. Select Local PB or SIM PB then press OK soft key.
Adding to Local PB:
(1) Input name, press OK soft key.
(2) Enter up to three phone numbers in sequence (after inputing the
first number, press Next soft key and then enter the second and
the third numbers).
(3) Enter email address, fax number, remark separately (the same
method as step 2).
(4) Press Ok soft key and “Create done” is displayed.
