OPERATION AND FUNCTIONS
The time of storage of the frozen products depends on their quality when fresh, before freezing
and on the storage temperature.
The following storage periods are recommended when the temperature of -18°C or lower is
maintained:

Veal 3-6
Giblets 1-2
Pork 3-6
Poultry 6-8
Eggs 3-6
Fish 3-6
Vegetables 10-12
