Troubleshooting

Please contact AMIBOT technical department in the following cases:
If the appliance has been dropped, damaged or come into
contact with water.
If the power cable is damaged.
If the battery is defective.

To avoid breakdowns/malfunctioning, regularly check and clean the
appliance accessories.

1. Place the robot on the
floor.
2. Charge the robot by
plugging in the power
cable.

suction lost.
1. The dustbin is full.
2. The filter has not
been inserted
correctly.
1. Empty the dustbin and
clean the filter.
2. Check that the filter is
inserted correctly.

The appliance
is hard to
manoeuvre.
1. The wheels are
jammed.
1. Clean the robot’s wheels
and remove hair and
other debris caught up
around them.
