3. ERROR MESSAGES OF THE CONTROL PANEL DISPLAY
SYMPTOM

Low voltage
The power supply is below
185V - relay HRN-35
Call electroengineer in a plant
SYMPTOM
POSSIBLE CAUSE
PROBABLE SOLUTION
Indexer clamps do not swivel
Indexer clamp feet are not
adjusted for angle movement
Angle parameter not activated
Valve 12 does not switch on
Air comming into the cylinder is
too tighten
Loosen the screw and move it from
the locking lever
Activate the Angle parameter in
Indexer menu
Check or replace
Loosen the vylve on the swivelling
cylinder
Low air pressure
Emergency stop
Operation mode
The distance between
buttonholes larger 63 mm
VAL > MIN
VAL > MAX
hand valve of the regulator
switched off (if assembled)
The air pressure in the air supply
piping below 5 MPa
Emergency Stop button is
switched on
The machine is in the operation
mode, motor is disconnected
The maximal length of the
indexer clamp feet movement is
exceeded
Parameter range exceeded
Open the hand valve
Increase the air pressure
Release the Emergency Stop
button
