F - SLEEVE INDEXER
To achieve smooth movement of the clamp feet, it
is neccesary to regulate the air flow that comes to
the cylinders.
If the clamp feet arm movement is not fluent:
a) loosen the locking screw ➍
b) turn the regulator ➎ clockwise
c) lock the position with the regulator
nut ➍
d) press button the check
the fluent movement of the clamp
feet arm
NOTE: The indexer valve block is separated
therefore the air flow can be regulated for different
valves. The valves 10, 11, 12 are supplied by loose
air supply J0I3. The valves 13—18 are supplied by
tighten air supply J0I4.
Air pressure is set up by the company at 3-4 Mpa.
NOTE: Higher air pressure could cause parts damage:
24.4028.0.000...Stud, 12.0008.6.518...Distance Nut, 08.6000.5.012...Screw M5x12,
24.4036.0.000...Support plate.
