4. The air supply to the indexer is ensured by
the input tube Ø 6 ➐ marked J0I2. This tube
is connected to the connector behind the
regulator.
5. The electrical signal for indexer
electromagnetical valves (10-18) is ensured
by the connecting cable with cannon
conector ➑ (X4), which is connected to the
rear of the control box.
3. INDEXER FUNCTIONS
The indexer provides for straight sewing of
buttonholes or angled sewing up to 6 degrees from
the straight position.
1. Straight Sewing is ensured by the moving
the angle cylinder clev
is into the full rear
locked position and tightening the screw.
2. To sew with angled movement loosen the
screw ➊ and slide the cylinder clevis until
the desired angle is set. Tighten the screw
securely. (Parameter Angle in menu Indexer
must be activated)
NOTE: Switch off the main air supply before
changing the setting of the clamp feet position.
