E - MACHINE ADJUSTMENTS
12. LOOPER ADJUSTMENT
Before making this adjustment, follow the below described points:


 Turn the handwheel and observe the position of the connecting link ➊ at both ends of the
looper link arm travel ➋. Angle A ➌ must equal angle B ➍.



 If incorrect - loosen the hex mounting screw ➎ and rotate the eccentric adjusting nut ➏ as
needed. Tighten the hex mounting screw ➎.


 Turn the handwheel and bring the needle bar to the upper position.


 Check if the needle is straight.


 Tilt the machine head on the rest pin and check if the mark ➐ on the looper cam ➑ is on t
The left side. If the mark is on the right side, remove it and install it correctly. Return the
sewing head back.


 Remove the cover plate ➒, disconnect the air tubes from the clamp feet cylinder and
remove the clamping assemby ➓ from the machine, remove the throat plate
, trimming
hook cover and trimming hook. Dismantle the loopers with holders.
