7. ADJUSTING THE Y BEDPLATE POSITION
Put the needle into the position where it is in the level of the pucker-pin . Use any straight
object , put it onto the edge of the pucker-pin (according to the figure) and check the
distance of the needle from the object in the central part.
Change the clearance to 0.0 mm using the icons in row
on the X-Y movement motors adjustment screen.
8. ADJUSTING THE X, Y BUTTON POSITION
8.1. Put the 5-hole adjusting gauge with a central hole into the chuck, use tweezers. Move the
needle in the upper needle bar towards the gauge by turning the handwheel. Change the
deviation from the central hole of the gauge by using the icons on the X - Y movement
motors adjustment screen.
- The X axis of the bedplate with icons in row
- The Y axis of the chuck with icons in row .
8.2. Lift up the needle from the gauge. Any adjustment will be stored automatically.
