Application Tools
You may need one or more of the following:
All surfaces should be dry, clean, and free of oil,
grease, and loose or flaking material. Power
wash until surfaces are clean and free from
moss and loose materials. If concrete is
decomposing, it may be necessary to fill or
repair it with a compatible Applying concrete
mixture to obtain a Seam Tape firm surface
suitable for Super Primer™. One such repair
product is Ames
®
Blue Max
®
Trowel Grade. New
concrete should be allowed to cure for at least
30 days prior to application of products. Cracks
larger than 1/8” should be filled with a butyl
caulk, and all seams should be taped. Use Ames
®
Peel & Stick™ Seam Tape (PS250, PS450, or
PS650).
Important: Read all instructions on this label before
beginning. Always run a test patch first, in an
inconspicuous area, to ensure that proper adhesion
and drying occurs with your product and the product
works to your satisfaction before proceeding. Do not
proceed unless you are satisfied.
Apply with a 3”- 4” wide paint brush, a 3/8” low
nap roller, or paint sprayer. Apply a thin coat
and allow proper drying between coats. More
than one coat is recommended; more coats
equal longer life. Pour out and spread on floors.
