What is Paint & Prime ? Paint & Prime is a premium, all in one, water based, pure acrylic latex paint and primer built into a single product. Paint & Prime can be applied to almost any surface. Paint & Prime has excellent adhesion to hard-to-stick surfaces, including wood, sheetrock, most metals, and most concrete surfaces. Paint & Prime is a “high-hide” and can generally cover some grease, mildew, ink, smoke odors, and most stains in 1-2 coats. It has been designed to extend paint coverage of other paints.
