Hazardous Voltage!
Disconnect all electric power, including remote
disconnects before servicing. Follow proper lockout/
tagout procedures to ensure the power can not be
inadvertently energized. Failure to disconnect power
before servicing could result in death or serious injury.
C. DOOR OPERATION
The upgrade kit comes with a new power door. Read the
following instructions to familiarize yourself with how to
remove and install the new door.

REMOVING THE POWER DOOR:
Step 1: To remove the door, hold handles and rotate
latches as shown in Figure 8.

REINSTALLING THE POWER DOOR:
Rotate latches to secure door.

Rotate door to closed position. Ensure ends of door
overlap cabinet. (See detail)

Insert tabs behind the cabinet rail. Edge of door should fit
into channel against gasket. (See detail)
Hold door so that it is aligned with the cabinet.

Inspect the cabinet before
installing the power door. Since
the power door has rotating
latches which need free space to
rotate, insure that there are no
screws obstructing these
locations. The cabinet is shown
free standing for simplicity.

Step 2: Rotate the door to fully remove from the air
cleaner. See Figure 9.
CAUTION
!
Handle the door only by using the handles on the
front of the door. Grasp the door by the handles as
depicted in Figure 8 to remove and replace the door.
Do not handle the door on the edges. Metal edges
may be sharp and could result in injury if the door is
not handled properly.
