If the Water in the Tank is Frozen
The water in the SpaLet
®
seat may freeze and cause damage during winter or other times when the water temperature
is signicantly low.
Perform the following procedure to prevent freezing and related damage.
Do not disconnect the power plug from the outlet. Leave the power turned on. Turn o any active power save
function.

Set the [Seat Temp.] to “High” and close the seat lid

Heat the bathroom.

Press and hold both the [Massage] and [Nozzle
Position ] buttons for at least 2 seconds.
* Each pressing of these buttons will turn the function on and off.
* Flush the SpaLet seat every 6 minutes to prevent freezing.
If the bathroom can be heated: Refer to the "General Freezing Prevention Procedure" section.
If the bathroom cannot be heated:
Refer to the "Intermittent Nozzle Drain to Prevent Freezing" section or
"Draining the Water to Prevent Freezing" section.
Make sure to follow one of the freezing prevention procedures whenever there is a
possibility of freezing.
* Damage from freezing may cause re or ooding.

Press the [Massage] and [Nozzle Position ] buttons at the
same time for 2 seconds or longer.
* A beep will be heard on completion of the setting.
