Installation Guide
1) Simply mount a 2 x 4 on your wall. Wen Installing
mantels less than 6" high, you will need to rip down
the 2 x4 so that it will fit inside the opening of the
mantel.
2) Slide our mantel over the 2 x 4.
3) Then put screws through the top of the mantel
to anchor it into the 2 x 4. You could apply
construction adhesive on the edge of the mantel for
extra security.
