Using the IO Configuration Menu
(Indoor and outdoor domes) The IO Configuration screen (Figure 85) allows you to
configure cameras for either indoor or outdoor operation.
• Indoor operation does not use dome heaters or blowers.
• Outdoor operation uses dome heaters and blowers. You must set this screen to Outdoor
for the heaters and blowers to work.

When you are finished configuring the camera’s operational environment, select Exit to return
to the Dome Information screen.
